I have psp v.3.11 My problem is if I can play ISO games to my psp or do i need to downgrade my psp in order to play ISO's. And If i do need to downgrade, to what version??

PSP SLIM doesn't come with 3.11 firmware so yes it would be a FAT.

You have 2 options.

You can use Lumines unpatched version to downgrade. Or install the custom firmware via Pandora Battery + Magic Memory Stick method.
