Hi I have a real simple and noobish request, I bought a Samsung drive in hopes that I would be able to find the Kreon firmware. I need any version and I have already downloaded it from 5 sources but dont seem to work with the patching program because it says it is incorrect firmware. Use xbins to download the firmware.

I tried easy xbins and mirc and I keep getting disconnected or it says it can't the directory. Whats the next step?

okay I got the kreon v1.00 firmware for my sh-d162c. Only problem is that I cant patch it because I get the error message this firmware is not for your driver, contact your manufacturer. Tried it also with -nocheck in the shortcut. Any ideas?

okay so far I have been doing a bit of surfing on the net and I am able to get the firmware patcher to see the kreon firmware but it give the error message "cmd fail". In a rut right now , any help would be appreciated. This is a sh-d162c trying to flash it with kreon 1.00 firmware.
