I can't play my burned 360 games online.......

Ok. So I had my 360 modded like 2 weeks ago. I don't know if he used a chip or flashed it. But da problem is diz. I'm a big online gamer. And I understand playing back ups online or even signing in online wit da modded 360 is a risk. But for some strange reason, all my original games play just like they always did. But my back ups seem to play like the originals but seem to always sign me out of xbox live. I try and connect back up with live while the game is paused but it always says unable to connect to live. Check connections or something like that. So wen I take the game out and the dashboard comes back up, it automatically signs me back in to xbox live. Did the guy mod my 360 the wrong way or is it impossible now to play burned 360 games on xbox live?

You shouldn't even be trying... unless you want to go buy another 360 within a month or so.

never heard of this problem before. however, i could just be reading your post wrong since you cant seem to type in anything close to proper english. since when is 'this' spelled 'diz' or 'wit da' i mean come on man, you expect people to help you when you cant even type? leave the ebonics at home. however, the problem could be if your playing a downloaded copy of saints row 2, as the seed4me release was a reviewers copy which did not include the LIVE function.

Well, I am postin this from off my cell phone so it has nothin 2 do wit ebonics. Its just that I'm always textin and I'm use 2 writin like diz thru my phone. But I'm not here 2 argue ova sumthin stupid like the way I write. I just need sum help understanding why I can't my burned games online. Wat r seed4me releases? And I have saints row 2 and nba2k9 and dey both don't allow me to play online. So itz not a moddin issue just maybe a verison release issue???

correct me now if i am wrong but did you get a modchip installed in your 360 or is it softmodded????
i ask this because their is a mod chip out that disconnects your 360 from the internet when a "copy" is put inside it.
i think you got your self a modchip in your 360

I truely believe he did put a modchip n it. wow, datz messed up. is it possible 4 me 2 get da chip taken out or is it a permenent thing?

Those 2 releases were from a group called Seed4Me and they were both preview versions which do NOT connect to live. Im sure any other backups you have will connect to live, just grab 2 different releases of 2k9 and sr2.

i thimk i read some where that their is a way to disable it.
if you open the xbox(youtube) find the chip(it should be easy as you will see all wires coming from the board to the chip)
if their is a name on the chip we can find out ow to disable it.

no prob.
as for burning your own games again no prob.
what you need are:
1.a "Kreon drive" its the only thing to read a 360 game onto your computer ( http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=...-All-Categories )
2.a dvd dual layer burner (can't go wrong with a good brand eg. sony)
3.a pack of blank dvd+r dual layer (it is advisable to only get"verbatim dvd+r DL")
so all you have to do is put a 360 game into the kreon drive press copy to hdd.when thats done put in a blank dvd+r DL into a dvd DL burner and WALLA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

O wow, u guys are that * pity to be bitchin ova how I write. the whole purpose for this forum is to help people out with their 360 problems not try and change their writin habits. U guys are missin the whole point of my postings because y'all are discrimative. So once again, boykiller and ps2menace thank u for the help. And hopefully in the future this forum will actually be 100 % helpful rather than have senior members being * ova dumb *.

why is that some people realise that moderators only moderate due to rude ignorant people, and we actually HELP those that aren't rude and ignorant ??. Please re-read my previous reply when you come back.
