GameCube game in Wii = No Video?

I am trying to play a GameCube game in my Wii and when it loads the game I lose all video. I still have audio just no video. I have a Wii with a WiiKey 1.9s.

What could be the issue here?

Is this an import game? You may need to change the wii display settings to make it work.

Its not a import, and I checked the display settings for the Wii they all seem to be good. I didn't see any that particularly referred to GameCube games though.

Ok I just got a different GameCube game from a friend and his works just fine. But my copy of Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snakes has no video still.

Ok I have looked and the backup I am attempting to play is PAL. So how do I play a PAL GC backup on a NTSC Wii with a WiiKey 1.9s? I have tried to set GC regionfree in the setup for the WiiKey a few times now. Is there anyway I can change the GC .iso from PAL to NTSC?
