Get this mobo:

Get this fan, a little more powerful and silent, worth the investment:

Not knowing the kind of games you play, but I would still recommend this graphics card:

There's alot of different retail stores, and it's sometimes worth looking at many, for better deals and shipping and such. Newegg has proven itself worthy, and their shipping is great too.

If you live in the U.S, the shipping is incredibly good, quick and secure. There`s alot of great guides here too, maybe you should look at some of them. :)

I wouldn't use Quad Core as 98% of PC games are playable with Dual Core, for example the E8400 or E8600 are good investments and they might produce A LOT of speed if overclocked properly (up to 4.17 GHz or something on the E8400 for example).

ya probably right , cuz the games i play are relatively old and dont require one. But i thought maybe the quadcore , would make things run a little smoother.

Right now i have a pentium 4 , and my friends got a quad core, and it just is so nice and quick. Kinda got spoiled by it when i was using her computer hehe.

If you`re not going to be multi-tasking, and not running anything demanding, then you should go with a Dual core, such as the E8400. Great power, and will run any old/new games without a hassle.
