Computer Freezes after Hitachi Flash (help!)

I just flashed a hitachi 78fk drive on my friends computer and everything went well except now the computer freezes everytime it tries to start up. Now the only thing that was a little strange was after the flash when I went to turn the xbox off my forearm accidentally hit the drive tray and made it close but I turned it off. And then I shut down the computer I don't think that should matter though. And I definitely don't have any money to buy him a new computer so please help me fix this thank you so much

make sure the sata cable is unplugged from the sata card, then go into bios and make sure your drive boot order is still in the correct place. i remember having this happen to me and for some reason my boot order got changed around and it keppt saying error loading os.

thank you so much, I only kind of know how to check the bios though do I just make sure that it's set to boot from cd? Thanks again

yea make sure its set to boot to cd, but make sure the very next in line is your hard drive, that way if there is no cd in the cd-rom, it will go straight to your hard drive where your os is located, so it can start up windows. also like metioned after you do that make sure you dont have a cd in the tray when you start up.
