I'm just going to buy it instead of trying to do it myself. Also with some kind of bundle pack including the magic mem stick.

I got mine from http://www.pandorasales.com/. Shipping was fast, Tech support answered all my questions before I ordered it and it works great, have done 3 psp's with it with no problems. If you order it as a kit (Battery & mem stick) they are sending them out with the new 5.0m33 firmware.
