According to the pictures, I hardmodded my PSP battery right...and when I put it in with no memory stick, the green light comes on, but no image. (Once I'm here, I have to force the PSP to shut down by holding the switch for ten seconds, is this normal?) I tried using the "TOTALNewbiEasyInstallerPandorasMenu" to make my magic memory stick...it seems like everything goes right. When it asks me what type of memory stick I want to make, I choose 4, the universal slim and phat PSP unbricker - whick is also a 3.71 custom firmware installer. Still everything seems to go OK. After all the files are finished extracting, I get the message:

What could be wrong? I tried running the PSP, but I still just get the green power light, nothing else...
Some things I think might be wrong:
1.I'm using a mem stick reader instead of a USB cable.
2.system software 5.00....but pandora works w/ all versions right? i don't think this is the problem.
3.Hardmodded wrong?
Any other magic mem stick maker I could try? Sorry for such a long post, but any help is appreciated.
PS..I've even tried holding R as i turn it on as some guides require...but that didn't work...
