Very slight fuzzy video extremely fuzzy on youtube?

Hi

Here is the problem, i have these video files i got a while ago and no matter what i encode this certain video as, it comes out really fuzzy on youtube.

I have other videos that came in the same folder, they use the same codecs (xvid i believe) originally but what i cant understand is that i have no problem encoding certain clips of each video and they look good on youtube.

I have 2 video files mixed together for a video ive made and the problem is that it comes out really fuzzy on youtube, but looks practically clear on my PC.. its as if the slight fuzzyness has been blown up by 100x. But as i say, i have encoded other videos and i dont see any problem with them on youtube..

I posted this question on another forum and all i had as a reply was that the problem is youtube, but it cant be because my other videos are fine.

Help is appreciated, i must have encoded the same video about 15 times with different settings.

I have seen a clip of video on youtube that looks as if it were taken from the same video file and it looks fuzzy also. it seems to be around fast moving parts of the video mainly.

Any way to stop this at all?, as i say it is hard to guage how the quality would be on youtube because it already looks fine on my pc before i upload it.
