I used hellcat recover to go from 401 m33-2 to 371 m33
Now when i start anything from the game menu it either gets stuck on the psp logo or goes to a black screen and turns off.I tried resetting the flash in recovery menu but it didnt help. The system version says 371 m33-4.
If it cant be fixed i already backed up my flash so can i restore the files thru usb?I used hellcat 1.30 btw

why would you even downgrade from 4.01 m33-2? you should be upgrading...
yes as long as u can use select or the recovery menu to change your usb mode to flash0 you can restore the files if you made a full backup with hellcats.
if you cant changed usb mode have you tried resetting your flash1 in the recovery menu? its in the advanced tab; reset your psp holding the R trigger.
and lastly i dont suppose you have a pandora battery or memory stick? anytime i mess up my flash0 these two come in real handy
