When loaded into modded xbox gives me unreadable disc error when it comes into the [press start] screen. What is wrong?

hes using verbs, its in his 3rd line of post. could be a bad download. which version did you get?

comments on the tracker suggests the game worked for others.

hmmm.. I'm at a loss as it seems like i did everything correctly.

When i inserted the game the first time it said it needed to apply something(patch?) to run the game. Could this have been a cause?

Yes that patch was very important as microsoft find out that the games burnt etc and block you from using it so u may have to do it again i shud work the second time but remember that patch i dont know what its called though
