Installing Homebrew Channel Beta 9 on IOS34

Hey people!

I have a question regarding the Homebrew channel.
Currently i have IOS34 4.15 with Custom IOS36 Rev 06 installed and Homebrew Channel Beta 8.

You see when i attemp to update the homebrew channel through the update service it has, it says during installation that i have IOS34 4.15 installed and that the Homebrew Channel will be configured for IOS35. If i to continue with the installation, will i still be able to run the Homebrew Channel?
