ok...so recently I tried the non-safe way of putting on themes on my psp, Flash0. ...The problem is that I accidently removed a file that the psp needed. Now, whenever I try to turn on my psp, the green light turns on for awhile and then turns off. The screen also stays black. I tried to go into recovery menu, but I couldn't do that either...I want to know if my psp is bricked and if there is way to fix it...

Yeah, if you cant get into recovery-you have a brick on your hands. The only fix for that is pandora.
