Downgrade to 20 GB drive available.

Questions???
1 - does it come with any games
2 - has it been officially modded with the dvd drive
3 - has it been banned from xbox live
4 - how much for the 120gb upgrade
5 - is it out of warranty
if u answer these questions i will think about buying
if u dont i will assume u have sold it or one of the answers is unsatisfactory
I WILL NOT BUY AN XBOX THAT HAS BEEN BANNED FROM XBOX LIVE

This system has never been banned on xbox live.
This system does not come with any original games. I can include some backup games if you wish.
This system is NOT modded.
This system has the newest liteon drive inside and falcon motherboard.

does it have the hdmi port?
how can it play back-ups if it is not modded(has the software been flashed like a psp cfw)?
and dont include the backup games if it is againts the rules
i wouldnt like for u to get banned from these forums and if u do want to include them - dont mention them again.
