I will tell you all the steps I did until I came to a stop.
First I downloaded a game called pro evolution soccer 2008 from pspiso.com and there were 2 parts.One both parts were finished downloading I extracted them with Winrar to desktop and they became one file.After that I Uncompressed the file with PSP ISO Compresser v1.4 from .cso to .iso after that it became another file you have to extract with winrar because it had the winrar logo on it.So i extracted it again to desktop and it became a folder called PSP GAMES.I opened the folder and the were some files that I had no idea what to do with and that could not be opened or what I mean is i played or you could say running,here are there file types and names:
SYSDIR(folder containing files)
USRDIR(folder containing files)
0_sound.afs
0_text.afs
e_text.afs
ICON0.PNG(its a picture of the logo or sign of PES2008)
ICON1.PMF
j_text.afs
libmp3.prx
over.afs
SND0.AT3
PARAM.SFO
PIC0.PNG(its a picture of the logo or sign of PES2008)
PIC1.PNG
UMD_DATA.BIN
we2008.pmf
DATA.BIN
EBOOT.BIN
PARAM.SFO
BOOT.BIN
EBOOT.BIN
I guess thats all of the files and folders.I want to play the game on my pc but how the heck am I going to do that if there are so many files.What should I do?Did I make a mistake and remeber I want to play this on my PC not on a PSP cause I don't have a PSP.
Please explain each step in full detail and explain each sub step in full detail because many people lack giving full detail.
e.g of a step with a sub step:
Then you extract with winrar(This is a step)
To extract with winrar go to this website*www.ajlsbdak.com and then when you have it it will be able to extract things(sub step)
I really need your freaking help!

keep the .iso dont uncompress it and download a psp emulator for you pc http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psp/

i would imagine there is a place in the file menu or a key to press to load a iso i dont know for sure because A. i own a psp so i have no reason to emulate one for my pc and B. i don't know what emulator you downloaded so even if i went as far as to download it and point you in the right direction i would need to know that much at least.

Edit:
ok so as far as i can tell the pc emulators for psp are very primitive and can not play commercial isos but apparently pspe 0.9b is the latest i think can play homebrew descent enough

You don't know how to fix it???DARNIT!!!!!!!Well the emualter I downloaded from YOURlink is called Potemkin so for all the people reading this please help me cause this guy ran out of ideaS!No offence.Thanks for your help an dthere is no load in file menu just open.

open and load mean the same thing and like i said there is no psp emulator that can play commercial isos; only homebrew so there is nothing to fix, the link i gave you has two psp emulators.
potemkin says it can play commercial isos but it is obsolete and a dead project because it was last updated May 23, 2007 so there is no way it will still work and probably only plays a few old psp games if any.
pspe plays homebrew these are the eboot.pbp files and apparently it does a good job but it does not open/load .iso or commercial games and is also outdated so probably wont work with latest homebrews.
