How can I get the fall update installed on my 360, im talking about the "install games to hdd" update, if I cannot hook my 360 up to the internet? Are there some new games that have the update on them that I can install?

some of the newer games such as COD5 when it comes out might have it. otherwise you can download it from the net and install it via cd i believe. or request a cd from MS also.

Im not sure, but I would think that it would ban you from xbox live because usually with new updates there is a ban hammer that bans the latest modded firmwares....

will microsoft have the official update downloadable on their website like the "play xbox1 games on 360" update. I don't want to download the beta because it may have some bugs but I cant connect to live when it comes out to download it so I need the official update from another place.

this has all the older ones and im sure it will post the one on the 19th when it becomes online

and all you would need to do is, download the file, extract it and place the folder that is extracted in the root directory on a blank cd (meaning just burn the folder to the blank cd) and then put in the xbox and you should get a message saying update found
