i am having problems connecting to xbox live because when i plug in the ethernet cable and press join i start typing in my information and i get to the policys and i press accept it freezes the xbox could anyone help me

is ur xbox 360 modded? like it just freezes? and u have to restart it.

yes it`s modded and yes i have to restart it it`s been flashed with the new firmware
