Can I Pandora a Slim battery?
or have I just wasted my time?
It makes the Green light come on the psp, but I see everywhere that Tool or service Batteries are Fat in size, they can fit in a slim, but you cannot close the lid over it.
Does this mean that slim batteries can't be pandora'd?

the only way to pandora a slim battery is to hardmod it. You'll have to open it up and desolder/lift a pin.

No, if you have an early Slim you can pandorize the battery via softmod.

I did the thing with my battery where you cut the copper wire by the number 19 and I am able to make it normal using a pencil.
It lights the psp but nothing happens, where can I find some good Memory stick files to install custom firmware to my ofw 4.05 (Note: I upgraded from 3.90 to 3.95 then upgraded to 4.05)

My psp lights up, I even hold the left trigger, but nothing happens, would it just be best to buy a tool battery, because I dont wanna buy one and realise I still have the same problem.

Well, you could have one of the unhackable motherboards. When did you buy the PSP, and do you remember what the first firmware on it was?

I got the psp in June 2008...
The first firmware on it was 3.90 or 3.95, I cant remember which one, but I definitly remember that is was 3.9X.
I live in UK, what date did the Sony release Unhackable motherboards? Is it possible for me to sell my psp and get one from the past, with a hackable motherboard?
