My 360 drive started to mess up and couldn't play games anymore since the drive broke. I got a new one. But now I just can't find any guides on how to get the flash key out of my broken DVD Drive and put it in the new one. If any of you guys know how, or know a guide. Can you please tell me. And also, if I was able to get my flash key to my other DVD Drive, will Microsoft still ban my 360?

You may not need to flash (spoof) the new drive. If your new drive is the exact same model/version/brand as your old one, all you need to do is to open up both dvd drives, and replace the green circuit board on your new drive with the green circuit board of the old one.

Check on youtube, there is a tut on how to do this. On youtube search for "Xbox 360 Hitachi drive fix" or something along those lines. Even if your drive is not Hitachi it will give you a pretty good idea about what we're talking about.
