yep total newb here but im not going to ask how to do it just need to know if there is any good books out there that will teach me step by step to get my mpegs put on dvd+r or -r so I can watch them in my dvd player.I have an optorite dvd+ / -r burner and I have already tried burning them in data format , Ive tried to convert them to any format that the player would recognize to no avail. So instead of asking (teach me , cause i dont like to read)I just need to know if there are programs that teach or books.
this is my first post so srry if someone else already asked, but search eng here gave me nothing.

thanks guys.........

hi pzargs

Use this guide http://www.dvd-guides.com/guides.php?category=othertodvd&name=tmpegenc
This guide is for avi's but it should work for mpeg's too.

they have a trial version of dvd author, and mpeg plus so you can see if its all worth it.

good luck

jim
