Ok there are so many people asking if their drives can burn DVD+R DL.
Well, first download a program called DVDinfopro from here:

It costs money but it has a 14 day free trail, and you only need it now so don't worry. Install dvdinfopro open it and you will get lots of stuff. There are 3 sections. We only care about the second one(drive supported write features). If beside the DVD+R DL(on the right side)there is a tick in the box or highlited red ur good to go.
