I tried to flash the xbox 360benq drive with the xtreme flash method using iprep on a usb.
However, the status wont change from the xf7 or whatever the correct way it was. I have the correct chipset, via I believe and that is not the case.
I heard that benq drives sometimes dont work this way and the best way is to use the msdosflash 32 method.
Can anyone explain how you do this??
I plugged in my drive and started the msdos app, and it asked me if I wanted to calculate the mdk or whatever it was not sure, and I said yes.
Then after that it took like 10 mins and my xbox 360 drive was making a noisy spinning noise. Does that mean it has been flashed? If not how would you correctly do it?/ Thanks
Thanks for that, however everytime i format the usb to fat 32, and install iprep on it, it changes it to the normal fat drive. Is there a update or something i need to do so that the iprep program doesnt change it to fat?? and leaves it at fat32?? Thanks
