Motherrboard: Intel® Desktop Board D102GGC2

I have a USB iprepped ready to go, mtkflash and what not.Tried Dos16, constantly says 0x51, when i power off then on it flickts to 0xd0 then back to a constant 0x51. It never changes, even if i leave it running.

xbox is currently still hooked to this computer as well. SO...

When running dosflash 32 in windows constantly says 0x51, when i power off then on it flickts to 0xd0 then back to a constant 0x51. It never changes, even if i leave it running.

SO.. It's the same problem for both dos programs, both are 1.6 iprep was v0.0.6

What's going on? Is my mobo not compatible?
Also, is it wierd that my port is 3058?

Also tried it on my other comp which is a xps410(vista).
Looked it up and it has a Intel P965 Express Chipset. Dosflash 16 has the same problem as above.
but...Dos32 won't even see any ports, even if run as administrator, it has the pull down box empty.

Maybe you should ask this on the Xbox forums! Are you using the onboard sATA? If you are try looking up on Xbox -Scene if that is a compatible SATA controller.

it's just a flesh wound, wuss!

neither computer has a compatible chipset. Go to newegg and search for "via 6421." I recently flashed with

I'm not an expert by any means, but I used something called benq unlock and it made it possible for me to flash my benq drive on my non-VIA computer.

this was really helpful for me, might wanna check it out before you buy any pci cards or new motherboards

Forgot to mention, I didnt use the actual benq unlock process. The most recent version of dosflash32 has it built in, so when you open it, it asks if you want to send the magic28 command to the drive. Anyway, try to check it out, it was far simpler than i thought it would be.
