thanks for reply, yeah ive already have a magic mms,but nothing happens its just blank black screen there is no menu or something like ive seen on the youtube video im using universal installer

did you format your memory stick or just access it and delete all files you can see??? Go to My computer > right click the mem stick > click format > set file system to FAT32 and format.

anyways thanks for response,no i didn't tried it,i just format it using total newbie installer,do i need to do that,is that kind of modding of the battery working showing in the picture,because the way he modded his battery,is the way i do modded my battery,im using original s110 psp slim 2000 silver,its made from japan

ok i dont know if this was cleared up by someone else cause i didnt read the rest of the posts i started to but they were irrelevant...but im not sure iv never seen a mod like that... i turned my PSP Slim battery(2001 Vader Edition) into a pandora by simply cuting that line right next the the number 19 left of the chip... then to put it back to a regular battery just fill the cut in with a pencil... easy.

find a xp computer. vista is known to have problems with installers.
