xbox live help trouble playing GRAW 2

i have been playing GRAW 2 online for about 6 month's now online and have never had a problem, but over the past few weeks i can not get into some rooms hosted by friends and they can not get into mine

up until a few weeks ago we could get into each others rooms no problems, im wired straight into my belkin router from my xbox with a rj45 cable.

i have tried removing the hard-drive and turning off extra map packs but i just can't figure it can anyone help

it could be their connection not yours. look into open NAT they should as well. the game could also be experiencing server problems.

Could it be the setting of 50hz or 60hz the game is played at,i'm not familiar with live however the old ps2 had that whereby you could see each other but you were not able to enter into games if they were at 50 & you were at 60 ? just a thought.
