Every DVD begins to skip @ about 90-95% through

Every DVD I've copied plays back perfectly until about 90-95% through and then begins to skip badly. It has this problem on every one of the 10-15 DVDs I've done.
They do NOT, however, skip when I put them back on the Dell laptop I'm burning them on. But in my Sony BluRay player or my XBox360, it happens every time.
I'm using DVDFab5, DVD Shrink, and both Nero 8 and Imgburn. The disks I'm using might not be the best, but why would it only start to skip as the movie is nearing completion? They never skip up to that point.

What's the name of the media you're using?

The disk itself? I'm not really sure. Pretty much the cheapest thing I could find.

Even though they're all skipping only later in the movie? At the beginning and middle, they're all perfect.

Dvd shrink and Nero 8 are inconpatible with each other.
Please use dvd shrink and Nero 6 or 7

Or just stick with Imgburn.
And do yourself and your backup collection a favor; get some good media!
