i am having trouble getting ps1 games to work on my psp, i have tekken2 that works fine but with no music,final doom works fine and tomb raider but that crashes at the start of level 5. the main games i want to be able to play are,tomb raider,vagrant story,breath of fire 3 and resident evil 1 and 2.
my system software is 5.00 m33-2, i cant find any plugins that seem to work and i know very little about psp-psx, please reply back in basic laymans terms

To address your issue you're having with psp games you need to
1)Consult this page to see what POPS works with what games. Most games seem to run really well under 3.71.
2)Make sure you install popsloader onto your system. Here's a link to all versions of pops from 3.00 to 5.00 that I uploaded a few days ago.
Instructions are in the file. Or you can read this post.
Hopefully that will resolve your issues.
One more thing, plz note there is a 5.00 M33-3 available now if you'd care to update.
