It's not going to do you any good hesitating. If you're banned, you're going to be banned whenever you log on. Just being offline when the ban's are issued won't protect you.
I'm guessing people got some bad copies of games and got caught through that way. It seems 99% of the people who used SEED4ME's version's got banned. Playing an unreleased game early probably isn't going to help you much either.
I have been good up until 4:30 pm Est today. played everything, reviewers copys, seed4me releases. I quite honestly don understand why i wasnt banned. I have not checked since then, but i am assuming the wave is over.
Oh no the ban isn't over the way Microsoft stated it sound's like there is never going to be a stop from banning, not like before where they stop after 2 weeks. We should really get someone to go work for Microsoft and figure out how they ban us.
Have we considered how long ago people modded their consoles? Could it be people who modded them LONGER ago who are getting banned? Over a longer time, people who could easily raise more flags, attracting Microsoft.
Can anyone confirm that they've been modded over 4 months and haven't been banned?
Or on the other hand, been modded less than 4 months and have been banned.
I'd really like to contribute to the investigation on how we're getting caught.
