Ok, well idk what happened to it, i was playing Madden 09 for a while, then i started to play demos of games to see which ones i liked. I went to Game Stop and bought Worms 2, Got home, put in the game, and SCRATTCCHHHHH, its kept making this grinding sound, but whenever i put my psp face down, it works just fine..so its not the laser, idk whats wrong with it....its not the game because it does it with every game.

Can someone help me?

It must be ur UMD Drive problem...
Does your PSP have warranty?

If the UMD drive keeps on making these noises..
I suppose u can upgrade to OFW and try the UMD.
If it doesn't work use warranty..
Then downgrade and upgrade to CFW again..

Don't send ur PSP to Sony with CFW installed.
They'll screw you.. maybe.
