Pandora battery and memory stick

My question is once you make the pandora battery and use the memory stick is it just used to flash your psp? Can you use them to run iso's and umd's or do you have to replace with a new battery and memory stick to play the games? There was a site that I saw that sells kits and the battery has an led on it and you can switch it from service mode to game mode and use the same battery. Does anyone know if that is a good thing or bad thing. I just dont feel comfortable modding mine my self. So I may just buy it and let the kit do itself.

I forgot something. If I would flash mine to this custom firmware can you revert it back to the original later on?

You can format the magic memory stick and use it as normal memory stick once the cfw is installed. But i am not sure if you can use a pandora battery to play games...
i just ordered a pandora battery from dealsxtreme.....this one is just for installing CFW or can be used for unbricking a psp...
