does an bin/cue filter for virtualdub exists?
if yes, where can i find one?

Do you even Know What "Bin/Cue" files are??? In them selves they have absolutly nothing to do with Video, They are Just a CD Image format that can Contain any form of Data from Music to Software Programs to VCD and SVCD Folders or any other Data that can be stored on a CD, so the answer is No ,Because Bin/Cue files are not Video Files....If you want to extract the data from a Bin file to useable Data then you can use a simple Program Like "IsoBuster"....Cheers
