downgrading jap wii 3.3j problem. need advise!

hi,i have modified 3.3j wii & i installed homebrew channel 8 using twilight hack then installed custom IOS rev 3 with success then started downgrading it to 3.0j after downloading the system menu files successfully it started to download the IOS but i got an error 1 on the screen so i just rebooted my wii & to my suprise my firmware is down to 3.0j from 3.3j,but when i tried to use the region changer my files inside my sd card were gone & a prompt asking me to upgrade to homebrew channel 9 but when i click yes nothing happens. any idea how i can get my wii read the files inside my sd card again? btw games still works fine. thanks for your help.
