howcome when i set the resolution to 1400 x 900, there is a black bar on top and bottom of my computer screen. i have a 19 inches wide screen monitor. is this normal, does anyone else here experience the same thing? the black bar is very annoying.

i am just curious if the acutal update will also have the black bars on the bottom and top of the screen. u dont have to use an anology that has foul language man. i get ur point.
