wikey 2 with a wii-clip help

I installed a wiikey 2 presoldered to a wii clip but it does not seem to work. I can boot original games but my back up games get an error. The wii clip seems to be seated well and I know the backup games are good because I played them with an older programmed chip that was in there before. Any idea what is wrong. Could there be something wrong with the chip or clip? they are brand new from modchipcentral.I have a
d2b chip set and wii 3.1U Thanks

Mike,

more than likely your clip is at fault. Remove the clip from your Wii and look at the pins. Are they bent in? Is it seated properly?

Like I have said in other threads, Wii-Clips are for the birds!! Install you chip with wires and you'll be fine.
