I've just downloaded a ps1 game for my PSP. The file i got had two files in, an EBoot . PBP and a Keys bin. file. I put bot of these files in a folder then put thm on the psp. The game works, but for some reason "fuzzy" squares appear on the game. The any text. This is a problem because i can't see what any of the chraracters are saying, or even see any of the chracters because of the squares.

So, does anybody know how to fix this ?

try using popsloader. and if you already have popsloader then try using a different pops version instead of the one you are on now.
