E75 error code Help please?

Hi i bought a RROD xbox 360 and fixed it, however once the 3 red rings had been solved one red light appeared in the bottm right quater. At first all i got was a black screen,however after turning the xbox on and off a few times i got the error screen with the E75 code.Now its back to just a black screen with no error message and no sound?? I have searched the net and some sites say its a dvd problem,some say its the network chip. Does anybody know how to fix this or have any helpfull links? Thanks in advance.

i did xbox heat sink fix.i put 10/32 screws on with heat sinks on nylon washers.got rid of three lights now i have E 75 error..i have three x box 360s dead with this code someone plese help...and i get code 1023

how did you get 10/32 screws into your heatsinks?

They should be 5 mm not 10/32. try adjusting the screw tightness or do the hybrid fix. If this fails you will have to reflow the board.

hey would eny one happen to know what this open tray message is?i put a disk in and it emediatly says open tray all the time....i open it and close it it emediatly goes back to open tray thank you

You can try seeing if your dvd laser is dirty. Try cleaning with a qtip and some alchol.

Most likely your going to have to get a new DVD drive. My sammy did this to me right before it finally died.
