1. How do i install the new dashboard without xbox live? since i dont have xbox live. Will there be a link to download it from xbox.com then just burn it on a cd and install on 360? or is it live only
2. How Do i unlock RAAM, Kim, and Carmine? i have unlocked the necessary achievements from gears of war 1 to unlock all 3 but for some reason they are still locked in my game. yes i did buy original copies of gears of war 1/2. again i dont have live so i just play with bots. is this a problem with my cd?

2. apparently you need to have live in order for your 360 to recognize your achievements from gears of war 1 which i say is retarted, i really want to play with RAAM but owell tough.

Re question 1, i found the update after some googling, installed it fine via a USB stick.
Main PC ~ Intel C2Q Q6600 (G0 Stepping)/Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3/2GB Crucial Ballistix PC2-8500/Zalman CNPS9700/Antec 900/Corsair HX 620W

@#2 I haven't unlocked them either,from what I read about it, when you connect to live you will unlock them.So I Don't know how that will work if you don't have a way to get live.Maybe Someone else will let You know who has live. And if not, I will let you know after the Offical NXE update.
