Hello people, i'm new here, dropped by to ask you a question :)
I have a psp slim i just bought, and its previous owner was as ignorant as to update it to 5.01 ofw before he gave it to me. My friend has a fat PSP with cfw, capable of softmodding its own battery (as mentioned in this long but informative video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mssJEDXz0e4&feature=related )
So my question is: can the softmodded battery (made into pandora) of my friend be used to mod my 5.01 ofw psp into 3.71 (magic memstick will be made with the program acquired from: http://www.pspmod.com/forums/firmware/26...s-xp-vista.html , and it has 3.71 in it already)?
If it makes any difference, then what cfw should my friend's psp be downgraded to to make the softmodded pandora battery (if it would work at all)?
Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this novel i just wrote here and answer my question :P
