it's automatically disabled by default in the news items...you have to tick the box where it says "Check this box, if you want to use your signature." :)

(shouldn't be a smile really.. should be a "look before posting" jibe, This level of n00bishness should really annoy me..but I'm in a good mood right now and even idiocy can't drag me down... lucky lucky lucky)

Well, it was just actually a test post which solved my problem, hence the posting in "safety valve" ... but thanks for the concern.
