I know that now that I have been hit with the hammer my 360 console is useless for going online, but is there a new version of the NXE update that lets you use the avatars or do you need to be online to do this???

I took my HDD off my banned 360 and put it on my unbanned one. Did the avatar thing, put the HDD back on the banned 360 and it shows the avatar. Hope that helps.

I'm in the same boat here. Got banned on day cod 5 was released. So i decided to install leaked nxe. Bought brand spanking new Elite for use solely online legitimately (NO FLASHING FIRMWARE OR BACKUPS).
What is the crack with transferring my HDD from my modded console to my Elite. Is there anyway in which this will raise flags with M$ again or is it well and truly safe.
Just so i can keep updating my gamerscore from my backup offline gameplay through my new legit Elite. Also to update dash for my modded console through my Elite (Swapping Hard Drives).

Is there any risks here guys or is it ok ???
