I bought another xbox360 from my local electronics store today and popped the faceplate off when I got it home. I noticed that instead of having that little silver, rectangular, warentee sticker on the shell it has a white square sticker that says microsoft xbox360. You guys think that could be an indication its a refurb? Or is this a new warentee sticker?

as far as i know its a refurb. i havent seen/read about MS sending out new consoles with the refurb stickers on them.

Thats what im thinkin too. I just returned the console to best buy for another one and the new one also has the same white sticker??? WTF? I didnt pay for a refurb??? Ima call microshaft and see if I can find anything out. Ill post what i find....

it was a refurb and Best Buy has a whole stock full of them selling as "new" had to go to a diffrent Best Buy to get a real new one....tisk tisk
