Alright, I'm aware there's been a lot of speculation surrounding the new dash and modded 360's. Well it's out now. I saw the thing about the banned accounts, but that doesn't really answer anything (at least not that I've found). Now I realize it's still early, but SOME people must have updated with modded systems.
Also I've seen a lot about the new games banning people from XBOX Live. Is this just because they didn't stealth patch their backups? Or is there a legit reason not do attempt backing these games up. Namely Gears of War 2 and Call of Duty: World at War, seeing as these are the most discussed games surrounding banned accounts.
Just like all of you out there who have posted the generic "I don't know the answer, no one does" to the people who've asked about this topic back in October, I'm sick of people trying to guess. I'd like a firm answer yes or no on whether or not the new dash, and even new games are safe for modded Xbox's The dash is out, no more speculation. Lets clarify this.
