Anyone else getting the E74 error and static video while playing after NXE Update?

All my games are doing it. Tried on 2 different HDTV's and both are the same. Now I'm getting an E74 error as well. Everything was just fine until I did the update this morning. Looks like a few others as well http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3pQozsc0fiY
