R4 game problem

I have been downloading from nds-roms.com for the pass 12months. The recent games such as 'Littlest Pet Shop Jungle, Garden, etc and other games, I have not been able to play. This is the error message: 'could not read data. Turn off the power and reinsert the DS card' or 'The save data could not be accessed. Please turn the power off and reinsert the DS card'

I have switched off and re-inserted the DS card to no avail. Can anyone help and give advise. Any suggestion is appreciated!

I bought the R4 from HK 12 months ago.

I had a similar problem playing some new games, latest drivers solved the problem
