I'm working on a 360, and as soon as you turn it on, 2 red lights start flashing, the fans come on high for one or two seconds, then turn off. The console stays on blinking the 2 lights, the CPU and GPU don't heat up at all. The weird thing I noticed today is that in a usual case where the system is overheating, lights 1 and 3 flash, on this system, it's actually lights 1 and 2, indicating some other error. I've done an x clamp replacement with new thermal paste, and reheated the CPU and GPU with a heatgun to get the connections resoldered, but no change. Has anyone seen this issue or have any suggestions for a fix?
