CFW 3.52 M33-4 Upgrade Problem

I just recently upgrade my CFW from 3.40 OE-A to 3.52 M33-4 successfully. and now i want to upgrade it to 3.71 M33 or higher.... i also tried to upgrade it to 3.90 M33 but some problem which i dont know what it is occured. this is what happen when im trying to upgrade it...

Verifying 371.pbp... ok
Verifying umodule.prx... ok
Error 0x00000060 checking idstorage degeneration

Can anyone tell me what is this???
Any of you ever encounter this problem before???
Do you know how to fis this???
