Problem with SF-anytime and WMP 11

I tried to rent a movie through SF-anytime but it said that I needed to upgrade my protection components. Then it puts me to this page http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/indivsite/fi/indivit.asp (sorry, it's in Finnish). The only problem is that there's always an error on the page and the upgrade button is gray and can't be pushed. I tried it with IE7, FF2 and Safari. Always the same thing. This only happens in my other computer. I can upgrade normally in my laptop and at work. I found another guy searching for an answer to this from the forums (not afterdawn) so I'm not alone with my problem. He never got any answer though.

There shouldn't be anything majorly different in my two computers. They both have XP, both have the same virus protection and firewall combo and the settings should be quite the same. I tried rebooting and re-installing WMP. And when I went to rent the movie without WMP installed, it popped out a similar window, with install button in it and that worked. But after a reboot, the upgrade button stayed gray.
