Photoshop CS4 digitizer problem on HP Pavilion tx2120us

the problem is that i cant get Photoshop CS4 to recognize my wacom digitizer (again, HP Pavilion tx2120us).. meaning i cant control the pressure when i'm using the brush tool, dodge/burn, etc.. i really need to be able to use this feature.. so can anyone here help? thanks!

EDIT: btw, i just installed the PS CS4, and i have already restarted.. i also tried checking for new drivers for the wacom digitizer from hp's website but i couldnt find any..
