well on my vista programe it identifys iso as a application and does not open help me

you prabaly have an app on ur pc that associates .iso files to it

Why do you want to OPEN your ISO?
Or are you talking about when selecting the ISO to burn?

well what can i do if it associations it to winrar because that is what i have
and i need to open iso to put the game inside

sorry, you've got me confused
you want to play the ISO on your PSP right?
to do that, you just copy the ISO in your Memory Stick and launch it from the PSP, assuming that you're running CFW.
People only use things like WinRAR or WinZip to take the ISO out of a compressed files like .rar, .zip or something.
And to burn, you just burn to ISO to a DVD without opening it.

i have a folder called iso and in there is where th egames are put in right.
so it is no t opning so what can i do to open it
|

Be more specific please. Are you trying to open/play the game on your PSP and it's not playing? tell me what happens when you try to play it.

OH are you trying to make a backup of a game?
you need to be more clear
there are tons of threads and guides on this site on how to backup and troubleshoot problems, use the SEARCH on top of the page.

once you have extracted an ISO, you put it in a folder called ISO at the root of your Memory Stick.

the MAIN file that you want is a .ISO
you have to EXTRACT the .rar so that the .ISO comes out
THEN you put that ISO into your Memory Stick

open that .rar with WinRAR and see if it has an .ISO inside it.
IF it does, then extract that .ISO
