You need a Pandora's Battery.
Search AfterDawn for guides.

I would like to propose an automatic ban for users that actually have the nerv to say they are to lazy to search for their answer. I see that reply more and more everyday.
Do we really need users like that in the community. If they are to lazy to search for the answer then they are most defiantly to lazy to pass the information they learn on to others. That is what this forum is all about. Learning and then passing on those lessons learned to others.

Hello all,
This is basically the same question I need help! I cant downgrade my PSP Slim from ofw 5.02! I accidentally upgraded my slim to OFW 5.02 and I thought...OK, no biggie...well it is a biggie. I cannot downgrade from OFW 5.02
I have created the pandora battery and tested on FAT and Slim and it works (following larrylje guide) but the 5.02 PSP will not downgrade at all. Am I missing somthing or just not looking hard enough?
Thanks all

Umm.. That's not true... Once you Hardmod your battery, to turn on your psp to the XMB, take the battery out, put in the charger and turn on your psp. Your battery does act weird after awhile though. That's why after about 3 months after I did a perm Hard mod I got another battery (about 30$ for a phat psp I think).

If you cut the pin resolder the pin connection back. If you cut the trace lead get a trace lead pen and retrace it so it connects again.
